Operation Manager

Responsibilities:
The Responsibility of this position includes managing day to day broadcasting operation, sales, marketing and promotion, employee relation and budgeting. The incumbent will work closely with all departments in head office to ensure all operation activities run well.

Requirements:

•  Have a minimum 5 years experience in radio broadcasting
•  Held a bachelor degree ( S1 ) from reputable university
•  Age Max. 40 years old
•  High passion for broadcasting industry
•  Creative, up to date to latest issue, self-starter, good planner and organizer and good initiative
•  Excellent communication skills as well as a good teamwork would be a minimum requirement for this position
•  Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia
