Account Manager

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible to create effective marketing strategies including sales target setting, marketing and promotion plan, conduct sales activity or direct selling of commercial slot/space to the agency and/or advertiser to achieve a set of sales target and also manage and evaluate sales team.

Requirements:

•  Have a minimum 3 years experience as Account Manager in similar Industry, Agency or other media company
•  Held a bachelor degree ( S1 ) from reputable university
•  Age 28 – 35 years old
•  Fluent in English
•  Have excellent communication skills as well as a good teamwork.
•  Self-motivation and initiative, good planner, organizer, and presentation.
•  Ability to lead the solution team, have strong business relationship and networking
•  Have the capability to professionally approach, persuade and propose, and closing deals.
